Service refunds
We do not offer refunds on services that have been rendered. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please speak to our manager immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Product refunds
Refunds for products are available if the item is defective, damaged, or not as described. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Deposit refunds
Booking deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
