You are entitled to your member benefits on the terms and conditions described throughout this agreement

• Additional services at a discounted member rate

Additional Benefit Details

Splitting and Combining: You may choose to split or combine accrued services on your account as you wish and apply them to a shorter or longer service.

Session Length: all our services times are approximate. In some cases, services may be slightly longer or shorter than listed.

Payment Details, Cancellation & Use of Accrued Services

Initial Term: Your Membership Agreement begins the day you join as a member and ends 30 days from the request to cancel.

Payments Due: Your monthly payment of the monthly price of the membership as stated will be charged on the day of enrollment and continue monthly thereafter until you request to cancel. Monthly payments will be charged to the credit card you place on file or by Mobile Money.

Accrual: Services roll over month to month and stay on the account if you are an active member. At the time of cancellation, you have 60 days to redeem any accrued, unused services.  You are considered an “active member” if you have made all monthly payments and have not terminated, frozen or suspended your agreement.

In the interest of Guest safety, frequency of services may be limited, services altered or refused, at the discretion of the service providers.
